All orders are processed through Squarespace Payments. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking code. You can use that code anytime through USPS Tracking to check your delivery status. Your full order history is also available through your account.

Returns & Exchanges
It happens. Sometimes a piece doesn’t fit quite right or isn’t what you expected. No problem, we’ve got you. You can return or exchange anything purchased from Moss Brown & Co. for any reason, or no reason at all, within 90 days of purchase. If it’s not right, we’ll make it right.

How to Return or Exchange
Print and complete the Return/Exchange Form below, then send it back with your item. If you have your order number or receipt, include it. If not, just provide the name on the original order and a daytime phone number. A quick note telling us what you’d like us to do is always helpful.
